Brief:
Design a range of print collateral for the residential development, Pacific Pines, located on the Gold Coast.

Details:
An 8 page Newsletter was designed for the residents and businesses of Pacific Pines.

This was to be distributed quarterly and had to conform to the brand-guidelines stipulated by Stockland.

A series of direct-mail was also designed by Dot Creative to advertise the launch of new businesses and Pacific Pines 10 year anniversary.

This was supported by a series of press ads in the Gold Coast Bulletin.
